Dana, one of the owners, brought a range of carpet samples to our home. We had already done some comparison shopping so we knew what we were looking for in general, but it was great to see in person at the install site. He was extremely helpful and responsive, and the bid was very reasonable. The team that installed our carpet was on time, professional, and did a very good job. They also cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I had FH install the engineered flooring throughout my home and I was very impressed. I had existing flooring I wanted to match and was struggling with other providers for finding something close. I was losing confidence I would find something until I talked with Scott with FH. He ended up finding 3 options that were a very close match. The installation was quick and the results are amazing. It matches the existing flooring 99% and it looks as if the house was built with it. Total professional job and the ease to work with them was amazing. I will definitely work with them on my next flooring project.

I met Cindy and Dana at a home show several months before we were ready to install flooring. I had spent several weeks trying to find a floor that would match our existing hardwood. Cindy was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what flooring to go with. I had several contractors trying to help. But Cindy went above and beyond. She came out with samples, had me meet her at her showroom and was willing to order samples for me of floors I found on line that might work. She was also very sensitive to my budget. We settled on a few samples and finally found one that was a really close match. The entire team at FH flooring was great to work with. The Owner Dana personally came out to discuss the thresholds and how to make them completely seamless. He communicated this with the installation team and well all I can say is it looks beautiful. We had over 700 sf of hardwood plus 14 stairs also done in hardwood. The installation was completed in one day. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have several other projects coming in the future and FH Flooring will be my new flooring go to contractor.

The absolute best flooring company around. We received quotes from numerous floor companies, but the quality of service and wide range of flooring options at FH are simply the best. They have a show room of flooring options that was so helpful when making such an important decision. FH Flooring is responsive, thoughtful, and diligent throughout the entire process from selecting your perfect flooring to the final installation. We have open ended stairs and the finishing on them as top notch - 10/10. I’m so impressed all around. Highly highly highly recommend!!!! UPDATE: a couple of years later and our floors still look BRAND NEW. We have had several contractors comment on how great the floors look. Zero issues with our floors and we have a boy toddler who is trying his best to destroy everything. Our floors are the first thing people compliment when walking through the door!

Great company to work with. We contacted a dozen companies getting quotes and info and half of them told us our old floors were a lost cause and needed to be replaced. Dana told me that wasn’t necessary and talked me through all our options and offered very straightforward and competitive prices. We were actually in a hurry to get the job done since we had another contractor bail on us and our schedule was a mess. She was able to squeeze us in very quickly, with a technician working on our floors within days. Norto was the technician who did the work and he was great at letting us know how each finish would look and last, and offered some very useful advice that helped us decide what was best for our floors. We were going to go with an oil finish, but since that would substantially darken our floors, we went with a light water based finish. Very happy to say they came out great, on time, and a bit under budget. Very grateful for their help.
