FH Flooring did an incredible job, and super FAST! We were moving into a new home. I met with Jennifer and Dana on a Friday- they brought all of the samples to our house and helped us to pick out the perfect floor for the entire first floor that we were looking for. They came and demo'ed the old floor and have the new floor installed in 10 days from the day we first met! Before we moved in! Things don't happen that quickly anymore, and we were super appreciative. I also contacted Jennifer about a small crack and literally within a couple of hours, someone was out to fix it. Amazing service and super nice people. Highly recommend- floor looks awesome!

Great company to work with. We contacted a dozen companies getting quotes and info and half of them told us our old floors were a lost cause and needed to be replaced. Dana told me that wasn’t necessary and talked me through all our options and offered very straightforward and competitive prices. We were actually in a hurry to get the job done since we had another contractor bail on us and our schedule was a mess. She was able to squeeze us in very quickly, with a technician working on our floors within days. Norto was the technician who did the work and he was great at letting us know how each finish would look and last, and offered some very useful advice that helped us decide what was best for our floors. We were going to go with an oil finish, but since that would substantially darken our floors, we went with a light water based finish. Very happy to say they came out great, on time, and a bit under budget. Very grateful for their help.

I had a positive experience with FH replacing flooring and base trim on the main level, and then had them back for the upstairs. For the upstairs, I really appreciated Cleason, Para, and Andre. I was happy that they were able to move and work around furniture in the rooms, and then thought there was good innovation figuring out a couple tricky areas with transitions from new to existing.
