We used FH Flooring for new carpet on our second floor and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with and brought many flooring boards to our home. They were patient and allowed us to order several samples to look at. Dana and Jennifer had many great options for our budget and the install was easy. We had one problem step and they reinstalled it until it was perfect. We highly recommend FH Flooring.

Their staff was approachable, patient in answering all my questions and concerns, and didn't come across condescending. I worked primarily with Dana and his team throughout selecting the right flooring. My wife, three month and I came to the office and Dana re-explained the differences in LVP to her he had explained a few days prior to me. From my interactions with some of FH's competitors I don't think we would have been afforded that time or re-explanation. The crew that came in and did the work on the self-leveling were very efficient and great! The additional crews were very mindful of the space and navigating as other contract work was being done during the installation of the floors (we had a new garage door installed). The crews were very detail oriented and left no mess. Every step of the process was clear and transparent, even with delays from the warehousing FH Flooring kept us in the loop. We couldn't be happier with their service and in recommending them to anyone looking to redo their flooring. We plan on calling them in the Spring to refinish our upstairs wood floors too!

I met Cindy and Dana at a home show several months before we were ready to install flooring. I had spent several weeks trying to find a floor that would match our existing hardwood. Cindy was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what flooring to go with. I had several contractors trying to help. But Cindy went above and beyond. She came out with samples, had me meet her at her showroom and was willing to order samples for me of floors I found on line that might work. She was also very sensitive to my budget. We settled on a few samples and finally found one that was a really close match. The entire team at FH flooring was great to work with. The Owner Dana personally came out to discuss the thresholds and how to make them completely seamless. He communicated this with the installation team and well all I can say is it looks beautiful. We had over 700 sf of hardwood plus 14 stairs also done in hardwood. The installation was completed in one day. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have several other projects coming in the future and FH Flooring will be my new flooring go to contractor.

Our carpet from FH Flooring is beautiful! They came over and showed us lots of samples and padding options. We chose a carpet that had a slight pattern in it, they made sure the pattern was consistent throughout the 3 rooms. They installed the carpet in a day and followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely recommend FH Flooring.

Great company to work with. We contacted a dozen companies getting quotes and info and half of them told us our old floors were a lost cause and needed to be replaced. Dana told me that wasn’t necessary and talked me through all our options and offered very straightforward and competitive prices. We were actually in a hurry to get the job done since we had another contractor bail on us and our schedule was a mess. She was able to squeeze us in very quickly, with a technician working on our floors within days. Norto was the technician who did the work and he was great at letting us know how each finish would look and last, and offered some very useful advice that helped us decide what was best for our floors. We were going to go with an oil finish, but since that would substantially darken our floors, we went with a light water based finish. Very happy to say they came out great, on time, and a bit under budget. Very grateful for their help.
