They recently installed a new laminate hardwood floor in our basement and it turned out great. They had good quality flooring to choose from at a very reasonable price. Our carpet from FH Flooring is beautiful! They came over and showed us lots of samples and padding options. We chose a carpet that had a slight pattern in it, they made sure the pattern was consistent throughout the 3 rooms. FH Flooring did an incredible job, and super FAST! We were moving into a new home. I met with Jennifer and Dana on a Friday- they brought all of the samples to our house and helped us to pick out the perfect floor for the entire first floor that we were looking for. They came and demo'ed the old floor and have the new floor installed in 10 days from the day we first met! Before we moved in! Things don't happen that quickly anymore, and we were super appreciative. I also contacted Jennifer about a small crack and literally within a couple of hours, someone was out to fix it. Amazing service and super nice people. Highly recommend- floor looks awesome!

Excellent quality service! I've contacted and compared to half a dozen flooring companies, and they were the best ones to work with from the start to delivery/install of our floors. Some of the highlights of our experience: 1. Accurate and fair quote - Simon did a great job providing a detailed quote, and provided their recommended floor which is cheaper but higher in quality and looks than the floor that recommended. He was able to make adjustments when we decided to make changes to the initial quote. 2. Clear and timely communication - We had a somewhat tight schedule and they were able to communicate well with us on the dates for delivery and install, and let us know asap when the work was delayed for 1 day. As with any projects you would have to expect delays and circle-back, they were always attentive to get everything corrected. 3. Quality of work - The new floor looks amazing! We had all of our carpet replaced with LVP, and traditional hardwood floor extended for a section in the living room. Everything looks spectacular. Comparing our existing hardwood floor with their installed floor, I can see their floor has much better fit and finish. They also took their time and effort to level out the basement concrete to ensure a smooth flat floor. Shoutouts to: Simon, Dana and anyone else we've worked with at FH Flooring, I would recommend their business to anyone for their floor work.

I met Cindy and Dana at a home show several months before we were ready to install flooring. I had spent several weeks trying to find a floor that would match our existing hardwood. Cindy was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what flooring to go with. I had several contractors trying to help. But Cindy went above and beyond. She came out with samples, had me meet her at her showroom and was willing to order samples for me of floors I found on line that might work. She was also very sensitive to my budget. We settled on a few samples and finally found one that was a really close match. The entire team at FH flooring was great to work with. The Owner Dana personally came out to discuss the thresholds and how to make them completely seamless. He communicated this with the installation team and well all I can say is it looks beautiful. We had over 700 sf of hardwood plus 14 stairs also done in hardwood. The installation was completed in one day. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have several other projects coming in the future and FH Flooring will be my new flooring go to contractor.

Great company to work with. We contacted a dozen companies getting quotes and info and half of them told us our old floors were a lost cause and needed to be replaced. Dana told me that wasn’t necessary and talked me through all our options and offered very straightforward and competitive prices. We were actually in a hurry to get the job done since we had another contractor bail on us and our schedule was a mess. She was able to squeeze us in very quickly, with a technician working on our floors within days. Norto was the technician who did the work and he was great at letting us know how each finish would look and last, and offered some very useful advice that helped us decide what was best for our floors. We were going to go with an oil finish, but since that would substantially darken our floors, we went with a light water based finish. Very happy to say they came out great, on time, and a bit under budget. Very grateful for their help.

I was happy that they were able to move and work around furniture in the rooms, and then thought there was good innovation figuring out a couple tricky areas with transitions from new to existing.

I had FH install the engineered flooring throughout my home and I was very impressed. I had existing flooring I wanted to match and was struggling with other providers for finding something close. I was losing confidence I would find something until I talked with Scott with FH. He ended up finding 3 options that were a very close match. The installation was quick and the results are amazing. It matches the existing flooring 99% and it looks as if the house was built with it. Total professional job and the ease to work with them was amazing. Their staff was approachable, patient in answering all my questions and concerns, and didn't come across condescending. I worked primarily with Dana and his team throughout selecting the right flooring. My wife, three month and I came to the office and Dana re-explained the differences in LVP to her he had explained a few days prior to me. From my interactions with some of FH's competitors I don't think we would have been afforded that time or re-explanation. The crew that came in and did the work on the self-leveling were very efficient and great! The additional crews were very mindful of the space and navigating as other contract work was being done during the installation of the floors (we had a new garage door installed). The crews were very detail oriented and left no mess. Every step of the process was clear and transparent, even with delays from the warehousing FH Flooring kept us in the loop. We couldn't be happier with their service and in recommending them to anyone looking to redo their flooring. We plan on calling them in the Spring to refinish our upstairs wood floors too!

Jennifer was fantastic! She found a beautiful floor for the remodel at a price that fit the budget. She was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell, and has a great eye for interior design. Just as importantly, the installers were fantastic - efficient, professional and skilled. They were missing a piece from the factory, but came back when I needed them and completed the step beautifully. Both the hardwood installers and carpet installers were top notch. I am very happy!
