Carmela Giovanetti2023-11-02I met Cindy and Dana at a home show several months before we were ready to install flooring. I had spent several weeks trying to find a floor that would match our existing hardwood. Cindy was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what flooring to go with. I had several contractors trying to help. But Cindy went above and beyond. She came out with samples, had me meet her at her showroom and was willing to order samples for me of floors I found on line that might work. She was also very sensitive to my budget. We settled on a few samples and finally found one that was a really close match. The entire team at FH flooring was great to work with. The Owner Dana personally came out to discuss the thresholds and how to make them completely seamless. He communicated this with the installation team and well all I can say is it looks beautiful. We had over 700 sf of hardwood plus 14 stairs also done in hardwood. The installation was completed in one day. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have several other projects coming in the future and FH Flooring will be my new flooring go to contractor.
Bob Crabtree2023-10-03Thank you FH Flooring for your tremendous service and work. When it came time to update our basement flooring I reached out to a few flooring services. I went with FH Flooring from the other services for a few reasons. Their staff was approachable, patient in answering all my questions and concerns, and didn't come across condescending. I worked primarily with Dana and his team throughout selecting the right flooring. My wife, three month and I came to the office and Dana re-explained the differences in LVP to her he had explained a few days prior to me. From my interactions with some of FH's competitors I don't think we would have been afforded that time or re-explanation. The crew that came in and did the work on the self-leveling were very efficient and great! The additional crews were very mindful of the space and navigating as other contract work was being done during the installation of the floors (we had a new garage door installed). The crews were very detail oriented and left no mess. Every step of the process was clear and transparent, even with delays from the warehousing FH Flooring kept us in the loop. We couldn't be happier with their service and in recommending them to anyone looking to redo their flooring. We plan on calling them in the Spring to refinish our upstairs wood floors too!
Jason P2023-09-17I had FH install the engineered flooring throughout my home and I was very impressed. I had existing flooring I wanted to match and was struggling with other providers for finding something close. I was losing confidence I would find something until I talked with Scott with FH. He ended up finding 3 options that were a very close match. The installation was quick and the results are amazing. It matches the existing flooring 99% and it looks as if the house was built with it. Total professional job and the ease to work with them was amazing. I will definitely work with them on my next flooring project. Update: Sept 2023. We had them out to finish out a closet and fix a few stretches from our dogs and it looks amazing. The crew was very polite and performed very professionally. The floor looks so good. We are moving to new house next year and already decided that FH Flooring will perform the flooring upgrades we want. Looking forward to working with them again.

Tom Kubic2023-09-09Jennifer was fantastic! She found a beautiful floor for the remodel at a price that fit the budget. She was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell, and has a great eye for interior design. Just as importantly, the installers were fantastic - efficient, professional and skilled. They were missing a piece from the factory, but came back when I needed them and completed the step beautifully. Both the hardwood installers and carpet installers were top notch. I am very happy!
Kait Knerr2023-08-29Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Simon was wonderful and responsive throughout the quoting process. From there, things went downhill. It was incredibly difficult to get any solid communication from the team. We had no idea when things were happening short of us reaching out to them. The floors themselves seem to be of good quality, however they did quite a bit of damage to our baseboards and reinstalled them very poorly. They also left quite a bit of floor staining on the walls throughout the first floor which led us to have to get that repaired/repainted. We expected minor touch ups - but not to this extent. When addressing these concerns with the owner during the walk through (that we had to initiate) we were essentially told that these things were to be expected. After getting a second opinion, we now know that the quality was subpar. Due to the lack of communication and damage that was done, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Dana and Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed in our time frame, went out of their way to compare products to make sure we got what we needed within budget, and were responsive to all questions and concerns throughout the process, which is hard to find in our world today. Thank you again for being so amazing... I will only use them for any future projects!

We received very professional service, the installers took pride in their work, did a beautiful job and were considerate of our belongings. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them to others.
Tom Thorpe2023-05-10Replacing my old carpet with a combination of new carpet and vinyl plank was long overdue and a task I was avoiding. Cindy Bellenger at FH Flooring was very helpful and patient with me as I waffled on plank and carpet colors. She helped me understand the difference between the types of carpets and carpet pads so I could make a confident choice. The new carpet and floor gives my house a cheery feeling and continues to lifts my spirits every morning I wake up. Thank you Cindy and FH Flooring!
